Developing a highly engaging “Leadership Team Immersion Day”, in downtown Chicago, to inspire a major retail brand to think bigger about how they can effectively commercialize their owned brands in today’s changing retail and brand landscape.
Our client, a renowned department store chain, owns many successful brands but needed to reframe their strategic approach to stay relevant and inspire new possibilities in the world of retail. We helped their owned brands Leadership Team journey out of the familiar, think outside of the box, and explore untapped spaces and products that could inspire the future of their presence in stores.
