Approach
We facilitated 5x 2-hr, in-person discussion groups to explore how people navigate social media. These sessions explored how participants discover local events, find and connect with communities, engage with video content, and stay updated on the lives of their friends and interests.
Additionally, we examined the 2025 positioning through the lens of each product. This analysis helped us understand how effectively each product delivers on the positioning and identify areas for improvement.
We also evaluated two new product ideas to gauge their alignment with the overall positioning and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
