Our client, a major telecom company, noticed a shift in how people were choosing to watch their favourite content; with many opting out of traditional cable packages, and opting-in to high-speed internet with streaming platforms. Eager to explore this shift in culture, we set out to understand the modern entertainment landscape (i.e., the content, platforms, and devices) so that they could deliver what people crave in this ever-changing world of entertainment.
